Town-planning situation
Sites for constructing office buildings and the Public centre of Novosibirsk Science Park are situated in Nikolaeva st., outside the historical “upper band” of Akademgorodok, there are public buildings and vegetation of little value nearby. Thereafter, the creative team of the architect Buslayev offers that the “dominant” group of buildings up to 12 floors shall have the unusual egg form which is a brand new architectural structure.
