The concept is based on specific land use and application of contrasting and dynamic forms of construction and free landscape design. The main building of the factory is located on the hill crest with partial penetration to ground for technological reasons. A boiler-room, air equipment, all working and special entrances and parking lots, as well as turning circles are located from the opposite north side of the production complex. Causal views of the production part are closed with the green zone consisting of trees and bushes.
The southern front of the building is equipped with the system of hard wooden pergolas in order to protect walls (and the adjoining area) from overheating. Linear functional pedestrian area will be offered to visitors. During examination of the factory and cellars visitors can go along the whole building through the special inspection gallery and easily walk along tracks between landscape pools with flowing water.
Pools are used to improve microclimate in hot weather, as well as to pour vineyards, which have also decorative function. The "islands" with alcoves for relaxation purposes (“empty eggs” type, glued wood framework), egg-shaped entry blocks (polished metal cladding) and a predominant “egg” of restaurant (tinted wood lining with copper parts ala old-fashioned casks), and a terrace are located among pools. The restaurant is directly linked with tasting rooms, which open up views of wine cellars with casks and vine collections open up.
